Children's Keota
We have adjusted our patent pending Keota sandal design for children for a sandal that is secure, but easy enough for most children to get on and off by themselves. All children's sandals come in standard (EU) sizes and are a combination of the 4mm outsole and standard footbed for a stack height of ~5mm. We have built in a very slight upward pull at the toes on smaller sizes to help prevent tripping. The upward pull is flattened out by slight weight but lifts with the toes as the child walks.
If your child needs a size larger than EU 35, adult models are available in small sizes (W5 and up)
Return Policy & Warranty
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Sandals purchased with template and standard sizing can be returned for refund or replacement only if they are in new condition and returned within 30 days of product delivery. Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted. No returns are accepted for custom sized sandals. Customers are responsible for all return postage. Sandals based on tracings cannot be returned.
WARRANTY: We stand behind our products and do everything we can to prevent defects. However, if your sandals break down due to any manufacturing defect or other error on our part they may be returned for repair/replacement free of charge. In order to claim warranty, customers must contact customer service immediately and obtain return form/return authorization number.
Our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, neglect, or alteration
• Problems with sizing. Customers are responsible to assure fit before wearing sandals outside
• Problems that were not immediately reported to customer service
We reserve the right to review each case individually and void warranty at our own discretion. As the situation warrants, we may provide shipping arrangements for defective sandals. In the case that your sandals are not covered by the warranty, we can still repair them for a nominal charge to cover costs. Customers are responsible for return postage.
PRIVACY POLICY: We take your privacy seriously. We collect only enough information necessary for you to make a secure payment. We will never sell your personal information. Transactions are secured by SSL security.
Sizing FAQ
How much room should I leave between my toes and the edge of the template?
The final sole shape of your sandal will be the same as the template (although there may be some very slight variations). The amount of excess sole is ultimately up to your own personal preference. However, we recommend that your toes are comfortably positioned within the sole outline and that there is not more than 3/4 inch of space in front of your toes. Too much excess sole can cause the front of the sole to catch and cause tripping. Some parents may want to leave some room to grow, however, if sandals are too large, it may cause your child to trip.Please refer to the sizing charts and templates to select the correct size for your child. The lengths given on the sizing chart are foot lengths, not the length of the sandal sole.
